Refund policy
At Berg Lapidary, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, our return policy outlines the terms under which returns are accepted:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Custom products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with a description and photos of the damage.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item or arranging a replacement.
Exceptions
- Custom products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
- Final sale items or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at info@berglapidary.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the restocking fee and return shipping charges) will be processed.
Additional Information
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
